A Restorative Retreat Experience

Crochet Pattern Close-Up

So, who takes care of you?

For the woman who holds it all together, an invitation to bridge the gap between
what your life asks of you and what your inner knowing is asking you to honor.

In other words… it’s time to pause.

A 4-Day All-Inclusive Retreat

June 4–7, 2026

Paradise Valley, Arizona

Invite Only

If you've reached this point, consider this your official invitation to say YES to

this empowering opportunity.

the desert air and quiet nights are calling

 June 4-7, 2026

We know, you are totally that woman who is managing your world beautifully, you've probably been doing that for longer than you can remember. We see you.

You're capable, responsible, and deeply devoted to what you've built in your business, your community, with your family, your health goals, and in your home life...and yet, you don’t often give yourself

full permission to stop holding everything together.

You may be a woman who:

  • Is reliable, competent, and often the one others lean on

  • Has learned to stay alert, organized, and “on” to keep it all going

  • Carries a high level of responsibility while quietly sidelining your own needs

It's okay! No shame, just awareness, and time to change it up. If the above has "that's me" written all over it, then this restorative and immersive retreat understands your life. This is for you.

The intention that guides the experience.

We open the retreat with a gentle intention exploration. This is not about goals or fixing anything, but about pausing long enough to notice what’s actually true for you right now.

You’ll be invited to reflect on how you want to feel in your life, how you want to respond when things get full or loud, and how you want to move through your days and decisions with a little more ease. It’s less about striving, and more about remembering what matters to you beneath the momentum.

That intention quietly weaves its way through the entire retreat, grounding each experience in embodiment rather than effort, and offering a touchstone you can return to long after you’ve gone home.

The Location: Luxe Lounge in the Desert

Set in Paradise Valley, AZ the home is surrounded by desert views and wide, open skies. Outdoor fire settings and cozy gathering areas invite relaxed evenings, while a playful pool offers space for rest, movement, and connection.

Inside, the open-concept layout includes comfortable living spaces, game rooms, and a spacious kitchen that flows onto balconies and gathering areas. Just 15 miles from Phoenix, the setting offers easy access while still feeling private, quiet, and tucked away from it all.

Nicole is a business owner, executive leader, and retreat facilitator who brings clarity, presence, and authority to every space she leads.

As a Founder, Nicole has built and led a successful property management company for over two decades — cultivating teams, guiding operations, and making strategic decisions. Her leadership is grounded in real-world business ownership, accountability, and long-term vision.

Separately, and for over a decade, Nicole doubles as a professional Image and Style Consultant and Wardrobe Coach. Through this career she helps speakers, authors, journalists, and coaches align their outward presence with their inner authority. She teaches leaders how to cultivate both an everyday signature style and a commanding stage image that reinforces their credibility and amplifies their message.

Nicole approaches style not just as fashion, but as leadership embodiment. She guides women to dress in alignment with who they are becoming, ensuring they are prepared for opportunity in any room they enter.

Beginning in 2025, Nicole expanded into retreat leadership, bringing together her executive experience and her expertise in personal presence to co-create transformative spaces for women. For Nicole, leadership is about showing up consistently, intentionally, and full of style.

Holly is a multi-preneur and retreat curator who supports women in business and bold-hearted leaders. As the founder of two businesses, she knows the devotion and resilience entrepreneurship requires. As a producer of experiences she designs itineraries and trips that are both structured and spacious, soulful and fun, adventurous and relaxing.

Holly’s personal well-being journey began in 2001 when she attended a two-day training with the Dalai Lama, Training the Mind and The Practice of Patience, in Pasadena, CA. That experience led her to study and practice as a holistic bodywork practitioner, blending psycho-structural balancing, energy work, and somatic awareness. She trained through the school of Integrative Psycho-Structural Bodywork (IPSB) and studied cellular recall therapy under Joan Wulfsohn. This work shaped her understanding of how memory lives in the body and how ancestral patterns can be accessed at a cellular level. Holly is also certified in Ceremonies for Communities facilitator and holds a First Degree in the Usui Reiki Ryoho Tradition of Natural Healing.

Today, she draws on these modalities to help women connect to their authority, clarify their next aligned move, strengthen boundaries, and lead from an embodied center.

She held her first retreat in Oahu in 2020 and has since curated and led retreats at Tribu and Hidden Leaf in Todos Santos, Baja, Mexico, and throughout Oregon — artfully blending thoughtful logistics with intuitive discernment.

Holly believes that retreats are not a luxury, they are a time for recalibration and a return to center. She creates experiences where women can make space to listen to their intuition and move with sovereignty.

At retreat, Melissa is the steady presence. The one who listens deeply, notices what isn’t being said, and holds space with empathy and care. Women naturally gravitate toward her when they need to be seen, supported, or gently guided back to themselves.

She now serves as COO and co-founder of Nappy Boy Dranks alongside her husband, and GRAMMY™ Award-winning artist T-Pain, leading operations for a clean, functional beverage brand focused on energy, clarity, and well-being. As a business leader, she blends mindfulness with modern strategy, proving that high performance and emotional intelligence can coexist.

Alison supports high performers, entrepreneurs, and business leaders in growing with clarity, confidence, and intention. Through coaching and facilitation, she helps driven professionals refine their goals, strengthen their leadership capacity, and build success that is both strategic and sustainable.

Her work blends mindset and practical action. She guides individuals and teams in aligning vision with execution, creating forward momentum without unnecessary overwhelm. Alison is known for asking thoughtful questions, listening deeply, and helping others untangle complexity into clear next steps.

A wife, mother, and dedicated triathlete, Alison understands endurance, resilience, and the discipline it takes to pursue ambitious goals while staying grounded in what matters most. She brings that same steady presence into every room she enters.

At retreat, Alison is a calm anchor and trusted sounding board. She offers steady support, thoughtful insight, and the kind of attentive listening that helps women feel capable and clear about their next move.

She believes meaningful growth does not require burnout. It requires clarity, commitment, and the right support at the right time.
