We open the retreat with a gentle intention exploration. Not about goals or fixing anything, but about pausing long enough to notice what’s actually true for you right now.
You’ll be invited to reflect on how you want to feel in your life, how you want to respond when things get full or loud, and how you want to move through your days and decisions with a little more ease. It’s less about striving, and more about remembering what matters to you beneath the momentum.
That intention quietly weaves its way through the entire retreat, grounding each experience in embodiment rather than effort, and offering a touchstone you can return to long after you’ve gone home.

Our program includes a range of activities designed to nourish your mind, body, and soul with group mini-workshops and discussions, movement, breathwork, yoga and/or meditation sessions every morning, plus healthy and delicious meals prepared for you daily. We'll venture out to discover the beautiful surroundings of Todos Santos and natural wonders in neighboring areas. Experienced facilitators will guide you through the process of personal reflection and self-discovery and, as a supportive community of women, we’ll provide each other the space to share our experiences and insights.
Our goal is that you leave feeling refreshed, inspired, connected deeper to yourself and others, and ready to thrive in all aspects of your life with a renewed sense of being.

Hello! I'm Holly. I support women in business + badass babes as a retreat curator, coordinator, magnetizer + healing conduit. I thrive by living in bold magic, with intention + being the ripple in this life.
I've been intentionally creating + holding space for women since 2001 through holistic bodywork, immersive retreats, and events/gatherings. For much of my practice and path (from 2001-2016) I was a holistic bodywork practitioner blending psycho-structural balancing and therapeutic massage with energy work. I studied at IPSB School of Integrative Psycho Structural Bodywork and Massage School of Santa Monica, completing 600+ hours of training. My time at IPSB included sessions in cellular recall therapy under the instruction of Joan Wulfsohn, a student of Carlos Castanada. Joan is one of my favorite teachers/guides to date, her work had a profound affect on my life by helping me access memories and trauma on a cellular level. In 2015 I completed my Ceremonies for Communities training + certification with Laura Vesta and in 2021 I became a First Degree Practicioner in the Usui Reiki Ryoho Tradition of Natural Healing, with attunements from Usui Reiki Master & Teacher, Karly Ridings. I'll be pursuing Level II and III training in 2023.
Once upon a time I dreamed up the Radical Sister Circle where I facilitated accelerated manifestation groups with women wanting to break through barriers to their next big thing. In 2020 I held my first retreat, Connect + Create in Oahu, and launched With Soul Retreats from that experience. I have a deep need to retreat as a way to recalibrate my soul and believe others benefit from this intentional time set aside as well. I've since held retreats in Todos Santos at Pachamama Mexico, and at various locations throughout Oregon.
Basically, I love to do anything + everything that helps women thrive, myself included! My intention is to create, gather, and connect in sacred spaces worldwide. I'll be your curator and conduit for Vida por Diseño and assure you that I have crafted an unforgettable experience for us all.

Nicole has been a professional Image & Style Consultant, and Wardrobe Coach for over a decade. Her mission is to bring her clients’ appearance into alignment with their values and who they are on the inside, as well as send a clear message of what they want to convey on the outside…everywhere they go!
She is an expert at leading people to create a personal style and image that is empowering and brings out their inner potential, leading to higher self-esteem and greater success both personally and professionally. Nicole’s mantra is “when you look good, you feel good”, and helps every client learn to put their best foot forward to feel good about how they present themselves to the world in every situation, whether speaking on stage or just heading to the grocery store. Have you ever heard the saying “everywhere you go, there you are!” That means that you never know when or where your next opportunity will present itself. Nicole shows how to create an image and an effortless signature style that allows anyone to be ready for those opportunities.
Her specialty is teaching speakers, authors, journalists, and coaches how to cultivate an everyday style, as well as a stage image, that is as powerful as their message. She teaches how to really use fashion, style, and image positively to make upward moves in life and business.
